Welcome to 1mjudi, Malaysia's trusted online wagering platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 1mjudi ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These terms govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 1mjudi.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any part of 1mjudi's services, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

1mjudi reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform members of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice.

To register and use 1mjudi's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years on the date of registration and throughout the entire period of platform use.
• Not a citizen or permanent resident of any jurisdiction that explicitly restricts or prohibits online betting under applicable local laws.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Not currently under a self-imposed or platform-imposed self-exclusion period.
• Acting on your own behalf and not on the instruction of or for the benefit of any third party.

1mjudi reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination, and any related balance may be withheld until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 1mjudi platform at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of our terms of use and may result in all associated accounts being frozen along with the forfeiture of any accumulated balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name (as stated on your official identification document), date of birth, active email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. 1mjudi reserves the right to verify all such information through a KYC process.

• Your account password must be unique and kept strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact 1mjudi customer support immediately.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly encouraged for all members for added security.
• Personal information provided during registration must be consistent with documents submitted during KYC.

1mjudi is not liable for any losses arising from sharing your login credentials, accessing your account from a public device, or failing to take reasonable security measures to protect your account.

1mjudi supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, DuitNow, online bank transfers, and selected e-wallets. All financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the complete security of your financial data.

Deposit: All deposits are credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the selected payment method. The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. No processing fees are charged on deposits made through official 1mjudi channels.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests that have met all requirements and KYC verification will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Regular Member: Minimum RM50, maximum RM10,000 per day
• Silver Member: Minimum RM50, maximum RM20,000 per day
• Gold Member: Minimum RM50, maximum RM50,000 per day
• Platinum & Diamond VIP Members: Custom withdrawal limits set by your personal account manager

Funds deposited into a 1mjudi account are strictly for betting purposes on our platform. 1mjudi does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties, and all withdrawals will be credited only to the verified bank account registered under the same member's name.

1mjudi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members as part of our rewards programme. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from a bonus balance is permitted.

• Welcome Bonus: A 150% first deposit bonus is available to new members who complete registration and make their first deposit.
• Wagering Requirement: The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a validity period as specified in their respective promotional terms. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.

1mjudi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including arbitrage, hedge betting using multiple accounts, or other forms of manipulation — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account termination.

All games available on the 1mjudi platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system that is independently audited by qualified third parties. This ensures every game outcome is genuinely random and fair for all players, with no manipulation by any party.

Specific rules for each game — including minimum and maximum betting values, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, gameplay rules, and jackpot conditions — are stated within the game interface itself. • Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in the event of a technical error verified by our system.

For live dealer games, the table rules announced by the dealer during the session are final. In the event of a conflict between the rules displayed in-game and those stated here, the rules specific to that game shall prevail.

1mjudi expects all members to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using our platform. The following behaviours are prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including account termination:

• Fraud, identity falsification, or the use of false information during registration or KYC.
• Use of a credit/debit card or bank account that does not belong to you for transactions.
• Any money laundering activity or use of the platform for financial crime purposes.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes or defraud the platform.
• Misuse of the customer support system through unfounded complaints or disrespectful behaviour.
• Attempts to hack, gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.

1mjudi cooperates with financial authorities and law enforcement in addressing any illegal activity detected on our platform. We reserve the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds while an investigation is in progress.

Our platform provides a range of self-control tools that you can activate at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits to control the amount of money you deposit into your account.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit within a specific period to prevent excessive losses.
• Session Time Limit: Set a time limit for each gaming session to avoid playing for too long.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. For member-requested account closures:

• Any valid cash balance in the account will be returned to the member upon completion of identity verification.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements will be automatically forfeited.
• The balance refund process may take up to 3 to 5 business days depending on the payment method.

If an account is terminated due to a violation of our terms, 1mjudi reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any remaining balance in that account, subject to the outcome of our internal investigation.

1mjudi provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we continuously strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee that our services will always be available, error-free, or able to meet all of your specific requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1mjudi shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Platform access disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
• Financial decisions you make based on information obtained from our platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties involved in providing related services.

In all cases, the maximum liability of 1mjudi to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

1mjudi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the 1mjudi platform after any updates to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where 1mjudi is registered. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will first be addressed through 1mjudi's official complaints resolution process before any legal action is taken.
